Stringzsessions was referred to us, in need of a better ticketing option and a website to showcase their brand.
They faced issues with their ticket provider, being charged 7% of their revenue, only to get the money from sales after the event - counterintuitive when most of the event fees have to be paid upfront.
We set out to design a responsive, high converting website through which customers can purchase tickets. An onboarded ticket system also saved time for staff through a simple checkin app that also acts as a POS system.

The challenge was to maintain and convey their branding throughout the customer journey, making the site aesthetically clean. Our team set out to do so, drafting initial designs and improving on feedback.

One of our targets was to keep event management simple, fast and effective. We used dynamic pages and linked elements to a central Content Management System for easy updates.
After events happen, the CMS automatically creates a dynamic page in the gallery - all that needs doing is adding the photos, and setting up the event, saving hours of time for Stringzsessions.

We used our testing software to ensure design elements remained consistent across all breakpoints for user friendly access.
After ensuring responsivity, we used keyword research and our strategies to implement search engine optimisation, boosting the organic ranking of the site.

Most ticketing providers charge huge fees on tickets, which lowers conversion rates or profit margins. Stringzsessions' previous ticketing system charged 7% as well as a setup fee for each event. Even worse, they didn't release the money until after the event.
By switching to our complete ticketing solution, fees dropped to only 2.5%. Even better, all the money from tickets is paid out upfront, putting an end to worries cashflow problems.
